About You
You are an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a passion for solving problems and providing exceptional service. You have the ability to:
- Travel to customers’ homes as part of your daily responsibilities.
- Quickly learn and retain knowledge about systems and processes.
- Diagnose errors and technical problems efficiently.
- Professionally communicate solutions and present tailored options to clients.
Your strong communication skills and commitment to growth set you apart. You’re open to training and coaching, understanding that continuous improvement is key to success.
This position offers the opportunity to earn over $1,200 per week, depending on your experience, certifications, and performance. Compensation details will be shared during the final interview.
What We Expect From You
- Educate Clients: Explain system conditions and identify ways to meet their needs.
- Present Tailored Options: Provide solutions customized to each customer.
- Inspect Systems: Identify preventative maintenance, repairs, and replacement opportunities.
- Perform Testing and Documentation: Ensure all necessary tests are conducted and documented.
- Stay Organized: Manage your time effectively while maintaining detailed records.
- Guide Clients: Help customers make informed decisions that benefit their comfort and energy efficiency.
Requirements for Hire
To join our team, you must:
- Pass a background check (no criminal convictions).
- Be able to safely lift at least 50 pounds solo.
- Be comfortable climbing, stooping, kneeling, and working in tight spaces like attics and crawlspaces.
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools and training to enhance your skills.
- Commit to learning about indoor air quality solutions and customer service.
- Follow written and verbal directions, safety guidelines, and company protocols.
- Have reliable transportation, a valid NY Driver’s License, and a clean driving record.
- Possess a working cell phone with internet access.
